Juanita Ledesma holds a Master’s Degree from the University of San Diego in Counseling with an emphasis in Career Development. She is a National Certified Counselor and a Master Career Counselor with certifications from the National Board of Certified Counselors and National Career Development Association. She’s passionate about helping those that are seeking:

Juanita had over fifteen years in management at a Fortune 500 company before returning to school and becoming a counselor. She worked for the San Diego Community College District in Continuing Education, MiraCosta Community College(noncredit), and Palomar College. She has also received awards as Counselor of the Year. She has been a career consultant/coach with Veterans as they transition to civilian life, outplacement companies offering services for the unemployed, and selected with AARP for the pilot program “Life Reimagined”. She has done pro-bono and voluntary work for various non-profit organizations.
Juanita has written and published “Return and Succeed, Continue Your Education Now!”. A book that provides encouragement and direction for the first generation college, displaced worker, single parents, Immigrants, Veterans, and those returning to education after a long absence.
